PIC Investments is Sri Lanka's premier fully-fledged alternative finance provider, specialising in gold loans, micro and consumer finance solutions. What we do is put assets in people's hands and structure the ownership fairly.
Our gold financing — Swarnam Gold Loan — rests on custodianship, not sale. Your jewellery is held in secure safekeeping and stays in your name. You take value from it without giving it up.
Our micro and consumer financing — TUK Plus and BIKER — rests on shared ownership. You and PIC own the asset together from the first day, and each scheduled payment separately identifies the rental payable for the use of PIC's outstanding ownership share and the amount applied to acquire additional ownership units, until the asset is entirely yours. It is a documented co-ownership and lease arrangement rather than a conventional interest-bearing cash loan.
Both are built on the same principle, and both are open to every Sri Lankan.

Mohamed Rusan Fyroze is the Chairman of PIC Investments, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry.
A business executive and serial entrepreneur, he drives the company's vision to transform Sri Lanka's financial landscape through innovation and purpose. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Siraj Finance, a leading financial institution in the Middle East, and Group Managing Director of Siraj Holding International LLC.
He holds board positions across several prominent companies in the region, with expertise in corporate governance, financial strategy, product innovation and organisational growth.
Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and ethical leadership, he is deeply committed to sustainable development — championing finance as a tool to empower individuals, uplift underserved communities, and build inclusive economic resilience throughout Sri Lanka.

April 2026 - Acquisition by Pearl Isle Capital
Pearl Isle Capital acquires Matara Investment Company (MIC) — laying the groundwork for rapid expansion, capital infusion, and institutional modernization.
30 July 2026 - Pearl Isle Capital & Transition to PIC Investments
Pearl Isle Capital officially comes into effect. Celebrated at a landmark corporate event in Matara, MIC transitions into PIC Investments — a fully-owned subsidiary specializing in Gold-Backed Loans, Micro Lending, and Consumer Loan Solutions.
